The Black-capped species sings Fee-bee, the first note of the song is a full tone higher than the second and its call is the familiar chicka-dee-dee-dee. The Black-capped Chickadee is also known as the Willow Tit of Europe and it is also loved for its lovely song. This smart bird, which is 12-15 cm in length, can remember where it hid its food for up to 28 days.
